is it true they can stunt your growth? I'm 14 and i want to be as tall as i can be so i was wondering about it.

normally no but it depends....I mean if you start powerlifting then maybe....but squatsx and other exercises done with moderate weight...which at your age would be alogn the lines of 12-15 reps per exercise....2-3 sets per exercise....full body training...your heigh mostly depends on your genetics...so weight lifting is unlikely to change that and maybe even help you...
