Widen your grip a bit, and work your tri's a little more? Also lowering the weight and doing more reps will make your chest "burn" more if thats what you're looking for.

Why would you want your chest to burn?
Do you do anything else but chest?
What is your routine?

First, don't use all caps. It is annoying. Second. The tri's are one of the primary movers in the bench press especially if you bench with a relatively narrow grip. Shoulders are also a primary mover in the bench. I don't exact percentages as it is different for everyone, but I would be willing to hypothesis that these two muscles move about %50-%60 of load when you bench. This why you feel it in your arms.

Without actually watching you bench it is hard to tell you what you're doing wrong. It would benefit you to either ask a trainer/coach or just ask one of the guys in the gym with a huge bench press.
That being said you could be doing everything right. The bench press is a compound movement and utilizes much more than just your pectoral muscles.
What are your leg and back routines? Back muscles play into your bench press as well believe it or not.
As they said above, it is heavily tricep dependent and shoulder dependent as well. If your triceps are the weak link you will feel it more in them because they will take a greater beating until they are brought up to the level of your chest and shoulder muscles.

just as a sidenote...if you dont do squats, deadlifts, and military presses you get cancer. Proven fact.
You may want to start doing a basic 5x5 program. google.com for the win. I know bodybuilding.com has it in its S/P forum stickies. Sherdog.com has the program in its S/P stickies.
burn is not an indicator of effectiveness...most basic way to hit chest is to widen the grip ...lower bar to the chest...pause...then press...

Maybe you should try switching from the barbell to dumbbells. I've had a hard time with the ol' bench press myself, and noticed better results when I switched off to dumbbells. Try simulating the wide grip of a barbell and not bringing the weights together all of the way at the top of the movement.

yeah returnofplex has a good point :dumbbell: work better its hard to get a real good burn from the barbell unless your doing the machine bench at a high weight with alot of weight not that works
