i'm pretty new to this site and i got a bench (w/a 45 lb. bar and some weights) this past weekend. i was wondering how should i start bencing as in how much weight should i put, reps, etc. i'm 160 and 5'7. i know there are a lot of older and more experienced ppl on here but how much, in your own opinion, weight can someone bench on 1.)average, 2.)inter., and 3.)hard/stronger. thanks in advance. i'm looking foward to getting to know my bench.
