Hey, I've seen a lot of threads with everyone asking what the bench for a teenager should be. I just want to let all you guys know that there isn't a "standard". I'm 14, adn proud to say that I bench 220...but I hit the gym real hard and I say I put in enourmous amounts of effort, and in the end it pays off. So I mean you guys need not worry about where you are compared to others. Lifting is huge mental and you should only be competing against yourself in the wieghtroom, although it is fulfilling to lift more than the big guys haha. So just work hard, and best of luck to everyone!

holy sh1t 220 at 14 is insane !!!!!!
First of all Benching is comeplete crap, most white North Americans do 200 once or twice, you have to do 125 10 times in reps of 3 as example ect,.....
Consistency is what you should look at

there is nothing about bein white in there. it says north american.
