how much should i bench press im 14 and weigh 200 lbs and are5'10 ohh im arthur from las vegas

It really depends on what you can bench press. Try doing a set of 16 reps and if it is too easy, add more weight. If you can't get 16, lower your weight. This will be a good starting point, just make sure you are using good form when you do it and make sure you have a spotter if you are not used to this.

Are you asking how much weight can you bench press or how many times you can do it? If how much weight, a good rule of thumb is you should be able to bench press your own body weight. This isn't always true though I am thinking but I heard that somewhere. You will have to work up to this though and it will take time. Just work hard at it and you will be impressed.
