I do this workout with under hand grip
I see some do it over the bar.
Difference here, What?

It is a good idea to do both ways, each way works the muscle a bit differently. I do this, each time I do 4 sets, 2 each way. You may choose to do one workout all overhand for instance, and the next workout all underhand. Any variation will work. You hit from different angles.
