met-rx makes some good quality ones, high protein low sugar, lean labrada and designer whey... ron aka bb1fit has also mentioned one made by AST that taste like a giant tootsie roll and is pretty good for you...actually all of these are reccomended by him! they are all great...but try to stick to real food and only use them in an emergency situation...

I would have to go with Met-Rx as well, they are high in protein without compromising the flavor too much. My personal favorite is the Met-Rx Cherry Vanilla bar.

Following is the nutritional info per bar.

Calories - 300
Total Fat - 8g (saturated fat - 7g)
Cholesterol - 5mg
Sodium - 120mg
Potassium - 70mg
Total Carbohydrate - 16g (dietary fiber - 0g, sugars - 3g)
Protein - 33g

To be honest, I don't think any protein bars are worth it. 99.9% of protein bars use hydroganated oils, corn syrup, gelatin as a protein source(ground up animal parts), those are things I definately do not want in my body.

For protein (less the carbs), CarbRite Diet bars are great and taste even better. No hydrogenated oils or artificial sweeteners, and are based on whey and soy proteins.

But for an all around MRP bar, nothing beats the Animal Snak....Yum!
