Hey there, i just started working out again, i eat about 5-6 healthy meals a day and take a multivitamin morning and night, i am looking to add an extra edge but i want to keep my health a priority so no prohormones or anything like that but im interested in like a meal replacement or something like that, i was looking at cytogainer, and muscle milk, anyone have some imput on a good all in 1 muscle builder and fat burning supplement?

If you're just starting out again you might want to hold off for a month or so. In most cases, if you're giving it all you got, you'll have some super gains to start with. I love the taste of Muscle Milk but if I recall, it has more calories and fat than most of the other name brands. You have to do the fat burning :) but many of us have had good luck with C2 and cAMP which you can read about on this forum. If you aren't up on protein needs there's some really good info in the Diet and Nutrition forum.

you don't really need any supplements when starting out...since you're already eating 5-6 meals that's plenty...as long as you're consuming enough macronutrients(proteins, carbs, fats)...you don't really need any supplements other than multi u already take....
