Clean up your diet, get yourself a weight training programme and throw in some cardio. You'll get lots of info on diet through the fitbuddy search if your looking for ideas. Regards the work-out try one of the FT programmes or check out your local gym if you're in one - the instructors should help you out. All the best.
Auron, Take a look under "Specific Diets & Nutrition Discussion - also Recipes!" for "Grocery list for a bodybuilder". Keep those things in your house, eat 6 times a day using the suggested calories from the nutritional planner on this site. Do resistance training from the Exercise FT programs on this site.
