I was thinking of taking a creatine supplement either right now or waiting til September when summer is over and school is gonna be starting. The two kinds that i saw that i been thinking about trying are Cell Tech and ATP Advantage Creatine Serum. I was wondering if anyone has tried either of these kinds and if they could tell me the positives and negatives about each one. Also id be willing to try another brand if anyone has something good to say about another kind that they tried. I'm not really looking for the best creatine but don't want the cheapest either. Thanks

Do a search here at FTs - there has been ALOT of discussion about your topics.

But briefly: Cell Tech has a lot of sugar; Serum sucks; Creapure creatine, used by a few companies, is (in my opinion) the best - clean, pure, basis white micro powder.

Hope that helps.........

I vote for Creapure. Prolab and Optimum Nutrition both use Creapure creatine. I use Prolab now and its awesome. I recommend using pure powder. Don't waste your money on buying a tub of sugar with a little bit of creatine sprinkled around in it.
