Now that I've got my weight goal accomplised I want to add some muscle and volume. With all the creatine products on the market how does one make the right choice.If you could please give me some input on the best type, brand and dosage.I've heard you may gain weight using creatine.

Check out the May issue of Muscle and Fitness. They have a breakdown of all the types of creatine supplements (i.e. creatine monohydrate or creatine phosphate) as well as which supplement companies produce each type. All in all, a good source of information.

Hey man, hows the shoulder? I have been told here to look for micronized creatine with the creapure stamp.

Creapure appears to be aregistered trademark. If you see the word creapure, I think its the real deal.

charlie.....the shoulder is doing good......just takes a little time as you well know. have you had much success with creatine?

I have only used it for 1 6 week cycle. I can't say for sure what the strength gains are. I did gain some size. If we ever finish this renovation and move I'll try it again.
