What exactly is the trouble you are having with not eating the best foods for you? Are you never at home? Are you forced to eat the food your college provides? As Philia said, you can take a look at the nutrition section, particularly the part where it breaks down your calories, carbs, fats, etc. Try to use that as a guideline. There is no miracle that's going to make you eat better, it's all about what you choose and do not choose to put into your body. Also, if you search around enough, (here or elsewhere on the web), you can find a sample diet, that may help if you loathe the thought of counting calories.
