seated will isolate the movement more.. i would stick with that.

what bout arnold? its almost the same and throws the front of the shoulders in more too.

arnold presses you mean? they're good too.. but typically bar movements can yield more weight than dumbells. dumbells are better for shaping and unilateral development (i think thats the word.. for separating the exercise between sides of your body), in my opinion, and bar movements are best for adding mass.
