How long have you been training for? If you are beginning, I STRONGLY SUGGEST reading BB1FIT's post "A must read" before considering buying any supplements. If you've been training for a while, then we can talk business. Some of the best creatine products on the market right now...TRAC, META-CELL, v12, Cell Tech. Protein is another issue...first, you want to eat protein in the form of lean meats and high protein foods BEFORE resorting to a supplement drink. I understand that sometimes we do not have time to eat all that protein in one day, so drinking a shake or two to make up for the difference is good. I'll tell you now, gaining mass and getting that six-pack of abs may be tough to do. You're gonna have to up the calories with more carbs and healthy fats; this gives you fuel. In this process, you may retain a little fat and look smooth, but thats the price you pay for trying to gain mass. I'm not saying don't do your abs, but don't expect to get them ripped when upping your calories. Oh yeah, protein supplements...Any pure whey or whey isolate is great, especially immediately after a workout because they are fast absorbing. MEGA WHEY, ISOPURE, PURE PROTEIN are good. Look through some of the old posts in this section and you'll find alot of good info. Look for BB1FIT, his posts are excellent, or REV8BALL, he has good posts as well. Good luck dude!
