What's the best protein shake that will give you the best results and doesn't taste like vomit haha! Thanks in advance!

Protein Shales don't give results they just fill in the needs for protein intake.

I hate Designer because it's real blotting and ON 100% Whey was my choice of brand names very tasty but I now prefer to mix my own and order it online from https://www.trueprotein.com/default.aspx

Protein shakes can be very useful when adding other things to them to supplement your daily intake such as fruits, veges, etc. This works out great for people who don't have time to fit in 5 to 6 small meals a day and can sip one instead, this therefore, just add up in better results then one not being able to fit in all of their nutrients, vitamins, carbs, fat and calorie intake for the day.

Check the diet forum for different recipes for smoothies, shakes etc and let me know if you are interested, i have an e-book that give about 50 different smoothie recipes that can have protein added to it.
