at your age, i wouldnt suggest any supplements. there is enough ragin' testosterone surging through your veins to handle anything. my best advice to you for gaining mass and strength is to eat like there is no tomorrow, and lift smart and like your life depended on it. take a look at the mass programs here at FTs; if you want to head off into more of the strength realm, let us know, and we can help with your program from there.
best of luck..........

The best supp for you, as rev8ball said, is food. Protein will become your best friend.

Ok, I weight 145lbs and I want to get my bench press up to around 225 in as short as time as possible. Right now I am at 175. With just eatting alot will I see an improvement as quickly as I will with supplements? I know that creatine would help but would weight gainers? I know somepeople that are taking them that I lift with and Im just curious what they do also.
