Hello to everybody! Just a simple question: What is the best time during the day to weighttraining? Early in the morning? (Im very tired) or at evening? I cant train during the day (work!) Thank you for your thoughts on this.

Everyone is different. I know if I don't do it in the morn it might not get done! So there is no rule. Do it when it fits best in your schedule!!

I like to do cardio in the morning before I eat anything and also I am the most energenic. I like to lift in the evenings because it can help relieve some os the days stresses.

Thank you! I feel the same. It relieves me too from stress. So there is no biological reason to train in the morning...
I only see so many people training in the early hours of the day, but i feel very energy depleted. Also the body didn´t had any food supply for almost 8-10 hours, if that is the reason why i feel dizzy after weightlifting in the early morning hours...so i guess i will continue after work (evening).

Hi, I find doing weight training in the evening is better. Because there is usually less people around so you don't have to wait for a certain machine or weight. Also i usually do cardio during the evenings as well because I have no energy during the mornings. Plus if i try to do it in the mornings i don't get as much out of the cardio as if if i were doing it in the evenings because of lack of energy.
