I remember reading somewhere a week before the period is the best time to lose weight. I don't remember the details but has something to do with hormones in our body making diet and exercise more effective. Does anyone know about these things? Can anyone confirm or deny this theory?
Thank you!
You are supposed to have more estrogen which helps you atp into bodyfat somehow, so don't not workout PMS, but the best paln is to work out for your health on a consistent basis every week, regardless!
Thanks for the reply, asimmer. I slacked on my workout this week. I managed to do 60 min cardio for only 3 days (I do 6days usually). I took 2 days off and 2 days I only did 30 min cardio. And having a birthday this week I had a couple of birthday dinners (ate too much!). Next week, I am going to get back to my normal routine. And it being my week before, I just needed some encouraging facts to help coping with my guilt from this week and motivate me back into my workout. :)
