I know its the typical question but im so desperate to lose 3kg. I weigh 60kg and im 5'7 and its so so difficult to lose it. I want to know the best way. My friend told my to run for 30 minutes everyday and use the bike. I also have big thighs and want to reduce their size! Any help would be appreciated!!

It always depends on what works best for you. I go jogging and also bike riding 3 times a week. It does wonders for your weight. But u have to stick with the diet. Without the diet, u will go nowhere.

Take a few minutes and browse through the diet forum. There's a wealth of info there and you'll get a better idea about specific questions.

Then when you have that under control, do some cardio.

Pilates is a good way to reduce thighs... Also to lose weight and having a long and lean body.. Diet is the key!!!!
