For a full body workout,I would do 1st squats then deadlifts for 2nd then I would do the Bench press for 3rd then the military press for 4th then barbell curl and tricep extensions for the 5th all for 4 to 5 sets of 12,10,8,6,4 going heavier each set. before starting your workout I would do some cardio for 15 minutes and some situps and leg raises to loosen you up and get you primed and ready to go.

i m new,and just had a baby via c-section 6 weeks ago. Am i ready to workout ? I really want to shape my body. Help.:(

best single exercise ever is the deadlift. They MUST be done correctly however or it can be bad for your back. There are lots of good example videos out there on the web.
