Don't be as concerned with the amount of weight as much as your attention to perfect form. Good luck, and it ONLY gets better!

That's the feeling of progress. I love it. Even though you can hardly move, that's the best thing for you - moving. Walk, jog, jump rope, whatever. Move around and drink water. You'll feel better soon.

hey on the reps is it ok if your one shy of completeing your set, for example your doing 12 reps but you can only get 11. is that ok or should i go down in weight?

Actually thats GREAT!
It means your pushing hard!
I like to gage me sets with 3 to 5, 6 to 9 and 8 to 12.
So if I'm on a routine that I set for as 8 to 12 and can only hit 6 then the weight is to heavy but on the other hand if hitting 12 consistent is a easy thing to do the weight is to light!
Your last set should be your toughest so if your doing 4 sets of Squats and use a 6 to 9 and your 3rd set was 9 and at the same weight the 4th 6 this is good!
