I AM 17 YEARS OLD AND BODYBUILDING IS MY PASSION
I HAVE MORE OR LESS 2 1/2- 3 YEARS WORKING OUT NOW
I HAVE A BIG BODY CONSTITUTION AND I HAVE ALWAYS EAT VERY GOOD (5 TO 6 MEALS PER DAY) AND DRINK PROTEINS MOST OF THE TIME. I DONT BUY SUPPLEMENTS VERY OFTEN.
WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR RIGHT IS TO TAKE MY TRAINING TO THE NEXT LEVEL. I AM UP TO MAKE A COMBO, MAYBE PROTEIN AND CREATINE WIRH SOMETHING ELSE.
I WAS WONDERING WICH OF THIS TWO PRODUCTS SHOULD I TAKE?

Neither one....both are a waste. Vastly overrated products that you will pay a premium for.
Use a standard micronized creatine, a creapure brand will work well.
Are you not taking protein now? How are your gains. You would do well to have a protein supplement post workout anyway.

YES I AM TAKING PROTEIN SHAKES (MET-RX AND OPTIMUM NUTRITION WHEY). WHICH CREATINE DO YOU RECOMMEND?
I WAS THINKING IN TAKING CELL-TECH, ALTHOU IS A BIT EXPENSIVE BUT IF YOU RECOMMENDED....
I WAS LOOKING FOR A GOOD TASTING CREATINE THAT I AM SURE IT WILL WORK.
ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Error: recommend it...
JUSTO FORGOT ONE THING: I ONCE TOOK EAS CREATINE AND FELT NOTHING. IT SEEMS IT DIDN´T WORK ON ME.
THAT´S WHY I AM NOT SURE WHICH CREATINE BUY, NOT EVEN SURE IF CREATINE IS THE BEST CHOICE. HOW ABOUT AMINO ACIDS?

Look for the creapure logo as mentioned.
