Some days i train, i get a good pump, while on others, i wont get as good of a pump, or not even feel that much. Why is this? And on the days, where i "dont feel it that much", and i still gaining muscle?

i feel that way sometimes too...and it reflects on my night sleep...if i get less sleep i'm not that energetic and my pump is not that good

i'm the same way.......are the numbers still going up?if so then don't worry about it.
Pump is just extra fluid mainly water and blood going to that muscle.....you could be dehydrated, drank too much beer night before....not eating right.......or "just one of those days"
