I READ AN ARTICLE IN A MAGAZINE ABOUT THIS BI LATERAL SPLIT. IT SAYS TO WORK ONE MUSCLE 4 TIMES A WEEK. 2 DAYS GO HEAVY WITH 3 EXCERSISES 4 SETS OF 8. THE 2 DAYS GO LIGHT WITH 4 EXCERSISES 5 SETS OF 12. THE ARTICLE SAID DO THAT FOR 3 WEEKS TO GAIN MASS AND CUT UP. ANYONE TRIED THIS?? OR HAVE ANY INPUT ABOUT IT??? THANKS

I seems a little like over training for me. The light ones could work as recuperation thou, but if you really want to work each muscle group 4 times weekly, then how many hours are you supposed to stay in the gym?!!! I mean this must take hours.....
Anyway rickey, you got sooooo many different work out routines out there, so now you just have to find one who works for you.

If you work one muscle four times per week for three weeks.I believe that the muscle you are working would benifit aslong as you give it three days in between before you start again for three weeks but what about all the others?

You must also remember you do your growing outside the gym, rest is very very important. The program seems pretty hardcore, try it for 3 weeks and see how you feel, I bet sore as hell.....LOL. Do the program and let me know how it works, its worth a try, and it might blast you through a plateu if you are at one, or ever reach one

I ALLREADY DID 3 WEEKS WITH CHEST. I REALLY WASNT AS SORE OR RUN DOWN AS MUCH AS I THOUGHT I WOULD BE. I FELT LIKE I HIT A PLATEAU AND IT DID HELP ME MOVE MORE WEIGHT IN DUMBELL PRESSES AND BENCH PRESS. I JUST STARTED DOIN BI'S. I STILLINCLUDE ALL THE OTHER BODY PARTS IN MY WORKOUT AND STILL TAKE WED. AND SUN. OFF IM ONLY IN THE GYM ABOUT 2 HOURS. I JUST WANTED TO GET SOME INPUT ON THIS ROUTINE. THANKS
