Hi everybody. 23/m married with 1 son and 1 son on the way. Currently serving the war in Iraq. Right now I'm in baghdad. Nice to finally find a website like this where we dont have to dish out 100$ Much help to those who cant afford it. Well i saw the workouts and didnt see any bicep or tricep ones to pick from. Where are those at?

Well you can send me the $100.00!
Welcome to freetrainers and keep up the good work in Iraq.
The program should have given you a complete work-out routine, after you submitted your info regarding your training.

Ahh yes i didnt look far enough into the schedule. I see the bi's and tri's workout now. i have another question though. I put down that i have access to free weights and machine weights. Well this is only on certain days. Like when i'm at the station working, which is 24 hour shift, i only have access to free weights. When i'm off i have access to machine. So lets say for instance today is monday they tell me to use free weights but im at work. Can i do something simular to the workout and use free weights, or can i just switch the schedule around to wear i only use free weight excercises on my workdays and machine weight excercises on my off days? Also, how long will it take for my pictures to get on here?

As for changinging your exercises, you can do soething with free weights instead of machines, as long as it's the same muscle groups. In the freetrainers pro version thier is an option to swap exercises.
The pic should take about a week, sometimes 2 depending how busy the webmasters are.

Right i work 24 on and 24 off, off days i have capability to machine and free, and on days i have only really crappy free weights. I'm in Iraq right now so i dont have the goods. Back home i have a bowflex i have yet to use proficiently so i have no results from that yet. I was thinking i can use this workout program with the bowflex. See how that works out.
