What's up everybody?! I am having a hard time building up my biceps. Just wondering if there are any extra exercises or tips I can do to build them up. Currently, I am following the mass building program. Any help would be appreciated.
The biggest secret to building bigger biceps is changeup! Every 4 weeks or so, change your workout completely. Shock them with totally different exercises. Then, as dahayz says, eat! The size will come. Remember, mind into muscle. Picture the bicep as your are doing your exercises, and concentrate on each rep. Make each one count. And don't neglect your triceps. They will make yur arm size much bigger. Triceps are 2/3 of your arm size. Work them with the utmost for arm size.
