Im 17 and im currently lifting 25kg 6 months for starting weights (started at 7kg). I've noticed that my increase in strenght each week has lost its growth rate and im not being able to increase it each week as much and currently not at all for 2 weeks. Is it because I've only been going for 6 months or is it because my bicep cant take anymore?

It's time to change the way you are doing your biceps. If youve been doing the same exercises for 6 months, your muscles are used to that. You must change every 8-12 weeks for optimum results.

You can't keep going up forever. After your muscles are accustomed to workouts, they start to get harder and harder to gain muscle and strength. Think about it, if everyone kept going up like that all the time, we would soon have to have 200lb barbells in the gym or better! Change your routine as Carivan says, get things going a bit again by shocking your muscles with new exercises. Good luck to you.
-------------- The one goal you will NEVER achieve is the one you never attempt.
