hello everyone, i`m chirs, new to FT. i recently pulled or stretched the tendon on lower bicep ( if you curl your forearm fist up it hurts at the crotch of your arm and forearm joint, where the bicep tendon and tendons from you forearm meets, quite a bit of weekness, cannot do overhand pullup! i`ve been alternating between ice and heating pad, any suggestions would be great!! chris.
