hey there,, i had my surgery 2 months ago.. i was put in a full cast for 1 month.. started physio 5 weeks after surgery.. Problem.. i'm having a really hard time turning my arm and wrist.. It appears that it has frozen .. Any other ideas to go along with the physio to loosen my arm up.. Physio is a killer right now.. If anybody else is getting the surgery then go for the range of motion braces.. Do not let anybody put your arm in a cast for 1 month.
