I was just wondering what is the average size of a bicep for a teenager between the ages of 14 to 16. My biceps are 13 inches. Is that average or what? Thanks for the help.

Every body is different...hence, there is no average.

Don't get caught up with numbers, rancid. whether it's how much weight you can lift or how big your arms are. It's a body type and genetic thing. Some small guys that weigh 145lbs can go in there and bench press 225 like it's nothing and on the other hand, some fairly large guy can go in there and work at 185. A naturally large person can have a fatty 20" arm and a fit, muscular kid with 15" arms. Again, don't worry about numbers. As long as you're not cheating yourself, and keep working out hard is all that matters. Be the best that you can be, and don't worry about the next guy.

I agree that numbers are not that important, but semetry is important to me. I have read your arms and claves should be about the same. There are other areas that should be equal too (just dont remember them right now). LOL

I once read that the ave arm sive for a male was 14. I think each body has it own size that it will get to mine right now is 18.5 but i started at 14 7 years ago. So it really is up to you and what your body is willing to grow to. (I hope to reach 20 inches)
