I have been doing the same weight and repetitions on my biceps for 4 years and can't seem to gain strength in them. They are better defined now but how ddo I increase weight in them?
The weight is low because I am doing 100 reps

Basically you have answered your own question. If you have been using the same weights for 4 years and they will not grow or gain strength, then that is what is wrong. Lower the reps and add weight.

I would gain body weight first off then I would stick with barbell curls for 5 sets of five, and then do preacher curls for 5 sets of five of less, and use maximum weight, dont waste your time on shaping exercises.

Why are you doing 100 reps. Increase the weight if you want to get stronger. Its hard to increase your 100RM, whereas if you work at strengthening your biceps with lower repetitions, then you will probably see better results.

besides wasting your time with 100 rep sets...you were doing same weight time after time...to make gains you must progressively increase the weight....
pick a weight with which you can do just 8 reps for 8 sets....2 exercises for 4 sets each....
try doing ez bar curls...while sitting or standing...and try one handed-concentration or alternating DB curls...
