I just started working out for the past 2 weeks. I've cut back on juice and soda, just water. I don't know what to eat. Is it based on moderation or cutting back on some foods? Because I'm under the impression you can eat what you want just in moderation. And since I cut back on soda and juice is Orange juice and apple juice okay to replace soda and sugary juices or should i just stick to water? And does cardio (tredmill) will that get rid of cellulite? thanks..

Well look for BB1fits post grocery list for a body builder and put together combinations of foods for yourself. Also eat 4-6 small meals per day. And cardio burns weight more effectivly if the hiit(high intensity interval trainig format is used) Good Luck - Mike

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain

Hi, and welcome. You're doing excellent with water. Juices aren't bad per se, but water is best. It is better to eat the fruit instead of drinking the juice as juice drops quite a few of the nutrients and almost all of the fiber that the fruit has. As far as eating, your diet will depend on whether you want to gain mass (think body builder type) or get lean and cut (more muscle definition). If your aim is to gain mass, lots of proteins and don't cut the (good) carbs too awful much. If you want to be lean and cut, keep up with those proteins (a good measure is 1g protein / lb of body weight, i.e., if you weigh 130, you need 130 g of protein) and cut down, NOT ELIMINATE, your carbs and fat should be super low. As an example, my goal is to be lean and defined and I'm currently 113 lbs. The plan I'm on with this site is 113g protein, 226g carbs, 18g fat and 1505 kcals/day. Keep in mind, with carbs, the less refined they are the better. Cardio will help quite a bit with buring fat, but you might want to do different types of cardio so your body doesn't get too used to one thing and plateau. Good luck!!!
