I'm pretty lean to begin with and I exersize everyday. A few weeks ago I increased my cardio by running a few extra miles but I noticed that my legs were getting bigger with muscle. I want to keep my lean look, especially in my legs. Does anyone know of a good cardio workout that will allow me to keep my legs thin but allow me to shed those calories?
Are you sure it wasn't from just having a good pump? Increasing your cardio more than likely will not result in this.
