I am currently in the 4th week of my second gain mass program. I have been training now for a year and have went from 5'9 160 pounds to 215 pounds. I am curling 90-120 lbs. Dumbell kickbacks in the 50's, and skull crushers in the 40's. But I still cant get my arms past the 16 inch mark. I guess I am expecting too much too fast. I have made a huge improvement in the year though, that I am happy about. I am not taking supplements just eating 6 meals a day 50g protein 600 calories each. Just wanted to let everyone know you can achieve it if you set your mind to it.

Wow! Congratulations on your results. A lot of people would kill to get those results that fast. Are you using the gain mass programs from this site or ones you found elsewhere?

RaskalSbp, maybe a "shock" is in order. If you haven't changed your routine in a while, this could be the culprit. Don't just change your exercises around incorporate some shocking techiniques like supersets, strip sets, static tension, etc. Blast them hard for about 3-4 weeks, then back off to normal stuff. These techniques are only for shocking, and not for a continuous workout scheme. Feed them, rest well, and maybe you will see some new increased growth.
-------------- As far as genetics go, the skies the limit. You are limited only by your mental perception of it.

yes timbaland...I have followed the gain mass program of of this site and i am very happy with it. I only kicked up the ab work out to 4 days a week because 2 days was not sufficient for me. BB1 thanks for the advice, I will start doing supersets for a month. Nice new pics you have there, I will post mine soon.
