What are the best moves to get softball size biceps? How many sets and how many times a week?

Any rows or pull-up variation. Some direct arm work is ok.

The real question is why do just want big biceps? You would look like a duce bag if you just had big biceps.

barbell curls, dumbell curls, preacher curls, reverse barbell curls, hammer curls, inclined bench curls, and 21's :dumbbell: You should definitely do a full workout, but those will help biceps.
