Bigger Forearms

My arms are getting bigger but my forearms are coming around really slow I just want to know if anyone has any good workouts and what part of the body should I train them with while am doing lower body arm chest or mid section

heavy deadlifts will do the trick..

training your pinch, crush, and support grip as a whole will also go a long way. Wrist curls are also good...

really so just the fact that am griping the bar so hard would work the muscle whats a good day to do it when am working my legs chest or arms

Split up and train various aspects of grip on various days. I personally find that the CNS faciliation from squat days helps my grip performance so that's when I usually do my pinch or crush grip training.

If by holding on to a bar you mean lifting hundreds of pounds then yes...that not only makes your forarms grow but your entire body.

i provided that website in original post for a reason...perhaps time to go read through that whole website...

So today am working legs this is a good day to do my forearms and you stat that if for one of my routines just add a bunch of weight to a bar and hold it say 60sec at a time
