I am not sure if I am posting this on the right thread, but here it goes! I have been eating very well and working out 6-7 times a week for the last month now and have seen improvements. But today I blew it! I think I probably ate around 4000 calories! I don't know why..boredom maybe (I was home by myself) I did work out for an hour and intend to do more, but my question is...is it possible to just start again tomorrow like this didn't happen (eating a bit less, moving more of course) or is there something specific I should do? Is this going to harm my progress?? Please help!!

Pick right back up tomorrow. We all have bad days. Get back on track and forget about it.

don't be discouraged. Try to keep low cal and healthy snakcks around. Jello, low fat pudding, yogurt w/oats or granola, fruit, graham crackers are all good choices.

Yeah you will be fine a cheat day every now and then is a good reward. Once a month I go piggy on pizza and wings lol
-------------- I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain

Thanks guys! I made a list of what to eat tomorrow and the workouts so I will get back on track. I just felt so out of control today and I was making progress so it bummed me out! but I am done eating (finally!) for the day, I have one more workout planned and I am going to get some rest and do better tomorrow. Thanks again guys!
