depends..........if you uave worked out 2 or 3 days before hand then ya you can take the day off.............if you just came back from a day off or so its probably mostly mental, get to the gym and warm up and see how you feel. 9 times outta 10 when I get to the gym and get the blood flowing I feel a lil better, even if I had been sick.

Heh. I had one of those days last Tuesday. Man was I feeling exhausted, but I dragged myself to the gym anyways. Just make sure not to push yourself to hard and get a good nights rest afterwords!

Your post from yesterday seeking help with eating may be related to this one. Are you getting enough to eat?? Particularly complex carbs??

you know Charlie......by the way I felt yesterday I would say no because I was so hungry I could have ate my own arm. I did go to the gym but I didnt do cardio I jsut did the weights. I do cardio in the morning and then a light cardio after weight training that is my normal routine. I am trying to eat more meat and be aware of my carb intake. I am not sure why this is stuck in my head but this how it goes......I work out 2 times a day with an extensive amount of cardio with weight training I know that this will make me more hungry because I am burning energy. The more you work out the more you need to eat the more hungry you are but since I am trying to lost weight I feel as if I am defeating the purpose because I try to eat light meals every 2 hours but then I feel like I am eating all the time. Yesterday I really felt the benefits of not eating enough and it was rough but I made it through......Thank you so much for all your help....you guys are wonderful and if it wasnt for this website I would be learning the things I am now. If you are good to your body it is good to you!!!! I can start to see my shoulder muscle and the little fat dimples that were slowly becoming visible in my arms are going away and they are looking solid I want to be able to wear a tank top and have really nice arms and when you look at them you will know that I work out........Ok thanks all for the help and advice I wouldnt have made it this far by myself.
