whats up
Im a 19 year old m, 188 pounds, been lifting about 2 months on creatine and been happy with results. I've heard a lot about no2, but i have a blood disorder where i have smaller red blood cells. Doesnt sound like no2 would interfere with that at all, but I was just wondering if you think thats cool or not. Thanks for the help

With lifting only 2 months, you probably didn't need the creatine to start with. Your gains will come quite rapidly without it. You also for sure don't need NO2...it is useless anyway.
