Here's something new, great for breakfast: 1/2 cup smooth (blenderized)fat free cottage cheese 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 2 tsp granulated sugar 1 1/2 cups skim milk
blend the heck out of it, and serve it cold. Total values per one recipe: cals: 279 protein: 29.2g carbs: 42.7g fat:1.3g try it with strawberries, bananas, or pineapple- the fruit has to be frozen for it to stay cold.

Yeah, my first reaction was the sugar. How about Splenda instead?

Artificial sweetners work just peachy. I just don't have any in the house. If you use a sweeter fruit, like frozen pineapple, you don't need to sweeten it. Freezing fruit brings out the natural sugars.

Gonna have to try this one; sounds good. Maybe add some nuts and honey too?
