Is there a list of the workouts that are the best for each body part in terms of bodybuilding, or is it strictly based on the sets and reps. If so, what is the set and rep range I should stick to?

Thanks

Unfortunately, there are no set "lists." It really comes down to many things: body type, what cycle of training, natural/not, etc.
Start by taking a look at the programs here at FTs, and go from there.
Good luck!

Personally I break my body up in 4 days. Back/bicep Quad/calfs/abs Chest/triceps/ Shoulders/hamstrings/abs
I do cardio daily for 30-45 minutes, eat every three hours. Sets I do 3-4 and reps 10-12 upper body and 12-15 for lower. Real basic, but it works. Large muscle first then isolation movement to finish. I stick to the basics.
Keep training.
