HI, I'm 5'4 and I weigh 170lbs... I have a problem. I am very active and do excersice. I really can pull my weight but. My body doesn't look how I want it to. I've tried diets but it's really hard for me to keep up. I try not to work out actually because instead of loosing body mass I keep it in the form of muscle and ny arms look like wrestler's arms and I don't want that. My upper body is the only part I have a problem on my legs are fit, like I said I'm very active. But I don't want my body fat to become muscle I want it to go away!!! What should I do?! :(
So you want fat and not muscle? If you want to lose both HIIT without proper nutrients ought to do the trick. I must say that I do not agree with your goals, you should keep the muscle and reduce your b/f - it will only make you healthy with a proper diet.
