Help, I'am 39 years old and suddenly putting on body fat. Although, I can't seem to figure out why? My measurements & weight are the same 32-24.5-34.5 123lbs. but my body fat has jumped 2% in the last two months. I am eating clean and doing 1 1/2 hours cardio plus light weight training and Julian Michaels "making the cut". HELP!!!!!!

can you post your weekly training schedule? it's possible you're overtraining

How are you 'measuring' your bodyfat? Bodyfat is tricky to say the least. However you do it, make certain it is exactly the same way each time, and at the same time of day. And if someone else is doing it, make certain it is the same person. Again, as mentioned, no two people will measure bodyfat exactly the same. If your diet and exercise has not changed, there is really little reason to be gaining fat.
