Hi, I need some help. I have been agianing body fat, by slacking on my diet so am going to tighten up. My training program is good, but will add more cardio. I was wondering how much would be fesible to loss of baody fat my current is 28% my goal is for 4 weeks. any input would be helpful. della

that depends on where you are at now remember you are going to speed up your resting metabolism much more effectively by weight training than by over doing the cardio not to say cardio is not important because it is make sure you diet is up to snuff and try to maintain a clean diet

You typically lose quickly at the very beginning, then it goes very slow for quite a while, and then another spurt toward the end. We are all different, but as mentioned this is typical. How much is hard to say. But staying with it will yeild these type results. On and off dieting will not yeild much. You have to literally "force" your body to shed fat at a certain point, that is why "cheating" will not work. Your body will fight back to store fat and keep its current fat stores, so even when it looks like you are not making progress, you have to keep going. Your body will eventually give it up.
