Hi, I'm new to the site and am interested in learning the most effective way to reduce my bodyfat percentage. Currently, I'm a little chubby at 27% - I am 5'4 and weigh about 156. I am doing WeightWatchers and anticpate losing weight. I just signed up yesterday and started my weight lifting routine at the gym last night. I also run for cardio (am training for a half-marathon in October).

Thanks, Jen

You are doing everything need be. Don't take what you don't need.

Hi Jen, I think you are doing great!!
You already reached your first goal (loosing 50lbs and succeeding in doing your first half-marathon) Now I'm sure that you'll keep on getting results.
All the very best luck to you!

Congrats on the 50 pounds!! I know how hard that can be (I'm at about 48 pounds). Sounds like you've got the right plan. I'm always surprised when people aren't doing weights to lose weight, just cardio. I'm glad you're giving them a shot. You'll be noticing a huge difference very soon I suspect.
