Don't know much about it. I am surprised no one has responded. There for awhile we had several BFL folks. Good Luck

Try doing a search. I have seen some post about the subject

It's not what we eat or drink occasionally, but what we consume on a daily basis that determines our ongoing level o health.

Thanx you two!

I did a search and found quite a few threads on BFL. Anyway, I start this monday and am really excited to get things going! I will keep my progress posted in my profile.

I have been a member here for about 2 weeks and have really enjoyed all the info here. I will be checking back often over the next 12 weeks of the transformation.

The BFL program will work, as will any sound program if you follow it. It is as good a place to start as any on your road to fitness. Do not get too hung up on their supplements though, they really aren't needes as much as they would have you believe. Follow the diet and trainng, and you will do well. Good luck to you, feel free to post questions/concerns you may have in regards to your fitness plan.

Sorry I missed your post. Bfl wa the program that got me into a healthier style. I did the program once, and then went to my own trainer. The program works, it's a great motivator. If you look at the food groups, there is nothing different than any other healthy way of eating. The exercises are like the any other. The bottom line is...if you do it, it will work. Don't expect to like the other people in the photos though. I would say they did about 52 weeks of BFL. Like bb1 said, don't get all the supplements.
Protein is sufficient if you need it as an extra.
Good luck and keep us posted.
