I want to build body mass. Currently, for a warm-up, I usually run the treadmill for about 20 minutes or burn about 250 calories. Then I hit the weights with 12 to 15 reps of 3 sets. Am doing it right if I want to build mass? Should I reduce the running and do 4 - 6 reps of heavier weights. The results I see now is that I'm losing weight abd that's not what I want. I want mass!!!

Okey Brian, now I told you want to do if you want muscle mass (follow the 12 weeks muscle mass program by ft) If you keep going on doing whatever (and asking the same question again and again) then you are just wasting your (and our) time! Finally, NO with your current program you'll NOT gain any muscle mass. You'll be able to tone and that's it. Come on young man, be serious now (and put in your profile!!).

brianr, Too build mass do the mass routine with less reps more weight. Cut out the cardio and add more food and rest. Don't overtrain. Your protein level should be at least a gram per pound for your body weight. Example 200lbs 200 grams min.
good luck
