How many individual set should you do for each body part, biceps tricep chest etc without over working those muscles?

Normally you'll do 3-4 different exercises for the big muscles like chest, legs and back, and 2-3 diff exercises for the rest.
Sets goes between 3-5 but that really depends on what you are looking for and what program you're doing.

i do 4 excercises for every body part........sets though range from 4-5 for me , HOWEVER that me i been working out for almost 3 years, i've worked up for this level, i choose two mass builders excercies, and 2 " isolation" excercies ex. for bench press i do bench press, then flys, then dumbell incline bench press, then incline flys or decline dumbell bench press.............i train my small muscles just as intense as my bigger muscles
