i do 4 excercises for every body part........sets though range from 4-5 for me , HOWEVER that me i been working out for almost 3 years, i've worked up for this level, i choose two mass builders excercies, and 2 " isolation" excercies ex. for bench press i do bench press, then flys, then dumbell incline bench press, then incline flys or decline dumbell bench press.............i train my small muscles just as intense as my bigger muscles
