Hello, I'm 18 years old and now that I'm old enough I'm considering in getting seriously dedicated to body building during college and on. Currently I'm 5'11 and only 165 lbs. I'm fairly strong for my size as I can bench 260 clean 250 deadlift 380 etc. I have a low body fat percentage as well (~9-10%). I lift about 5 times a week for the past 3.5 years.

I was wondering where I should start. Obviously I need to gain weight. Should I just start eating anything and everything to gain as much weight as possible without giving any care to my body fat(weight gainer supplement)? Or, should I keep growing as I have been while watching what I eat very closely while still trying to get sufficient protein and enough calories to gain weight? Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks
