I was stupid and put on more weight than i intended in the 'off-season', which is a rookie mistake and I vow never to do it again, but I had previously been very depressed about it. Then, on Tuesday, as i was doing push-ups, i saw deltoids bigger than i have ever had before, and my back muscles are bigger, too. So, i was thinking, maybe the weight hasn't been all bad (I estimate at least 15 lbs of new muscle since my 2002 show, god, was it that long ago?).
I just wanted some 'natural' opinions on off-season weight and how you deal with being 'fatter'. My only BB aquaintances are not natural and so they laugh about being fat and having 2 seperate wardrobes and tell me it is normal.
I know bb stays very lean all year, is it different for females, since we are built to store fat?
And the weight comes on so easily - does severe dieting screw up your hormones?
I guess I have never seen a very good book on bodybuilder for females (natural) and wonder how diffwerent it is from males?
-------------- If you fall down seven times, get up eight.
